many people are fond of foods that contain lots of fat, why?
because people are used to fatty and sugary foods is the level of stress. When stressed, your body produces the hormone cortisol. This hormone functions to raise blood sugar levels are used as a source of energy for body cells. That is why during stress, the body is easy to feel hungry and looking for high-calorie foods such as cakes and other sweet foods.
We are more likely to choose foods that have a sweet and fatty foods (fried foods), and       have been many studies that find that sweet and fatty foods cause many health problems.

itself was to have me some tips on how to avoid body fat:
1.no eat fatty foods
2. get used to jog sports, gymnastics,
3.no drinks that contain lots of soda
4.and not too much snacking
5.lokk much tv too often tempt us to continue snacking
6 people eat fruits, vegetables, grains, nuts, and carbohydrates to keep the number of calories in    order to suit your needs.
7.no foods that are high in sugar and fat such as chocolate cake, pastries, butter, full cream milk,
following one of the seven tips to avoid obesity, possibly because many foods that contain fat foods most loved man.
